Practice for April 6 - 11th.

Hey Everybody.  Hope you all had a nice holiday.  Here is the practice schedule for the week.

Monday:

Dynamic Stretching
3sets of 3x150  30 seconds rest in between
Handoffs for relay
High Jump


Tuesday:

Dynamic stretching
Lift
Starting blocks
20 minute run easy
Runway work for Long and Triple Jump
Hurdles
Pole Vault

Wednesday:

Pre - Meet

1 100 meter fast

1 50 meter fast

Handoffs
Starting blocks
Steps
Hurdles

Thursday:

First Track Meet against Stamford
